Job Responsibilities

• Provide armed security coverage for assigned premises, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and visitors.
• Deter and detect criminal activity.
• Monitor surveillance equipment, alarms, and access control systems; respond promptly to incidents.
• Enforce company security policies, procedures, and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintaining professionalism and respect.
• Document all incidents, observations, and actions in detailed reports in a clear and accurate manner.
• Communicate effectively with clients, co‑workers, law enforcement, and emergency responders.
• Make critical decisions quickly and calmly under stressful conditions.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality for all scheduled shifts.
• Continuously update knowledge of security technology and industry best practices.

Essential Qualifications

• Valid state license to carry a firearm while on duty in Georgia.
• Successful completion of a reputable armed security training program.
• Ability to adapt to changing situations and remain composed under pressure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated reliability and a clean criminal background check.
• Proficiency in technical security tools (e.g., CCTV, alarm systems).
• Post certification.
• Verifiable employment

Desired Experience

• Prior experience in armed security, military or related law‑enforcement roles.
• Experience conducting investigations, reporting incidents, and handling emergency situations.
• Proven track record of sound decision‑making and conflict resolution.
