We’re hiring Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to support live events, nonprofit campaigns, fundraising initiatives, and community outreach.
No previous experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and professional development to help you build valuable skills in customer service, event marketing, communications, fundraising, and community engagement .

Engage with customers, attendees, donors, and community members
Provide friendly, professional customer service
Communicate information about nonprofit campaigns and community initiatives
Support fundraising, promotional, and outreach activities
Assist with event setup, registration, activities, and breakdown
Represent nonprofit organizations and community partners
Build positive relationships with customers and members of the community
Work with a team to create positive event and customer experiences
