Level II: - Y15B - $62,409.27 +
Travel is EXTENSIVE - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance.

* Completing a Physical Status Review (PSR) health acuity tool;
* Analyzing medical documentation; and
* Participating in service recipient's interdisciplinary team meetings to assist with development of the Individual Plan.
