Pet Reservations Center helps U.S. pet owners get clear answers and book care for their pets. We are adding dependable people to our remote phone team. If you enjoy helping customers, build trust quickly, and show up prepared every day, we would like to hear from you. This is a long-term, full-time role with a busy U.S. customer base.
You will answer inbound questions, explain care and reservation options, help callers complete bookings, follow up with interested customers, and keep accurate notes. The work combines customer service with helpful sales follow-through. We value a natural, friendly manner and sound judgment.
We need excellent spoken English that U.S. customers understand easily, experience serving U.S. customers by phone, and dependable attendance. Applicants should be comfortable with U.S. hours and some weekends. A quiet workspace, stable internet, and a practical backup plan for internet or power interruptions are essential. Applicants from South America, Central America, and the Caribbean are welcome.
Pay is $5-$9 USD per hour depending on experience and fit, plus performance bonuses. We are ready to move quickly for the right people.
